SDCCD Measure HH — Site Access Clearance Portal
Enter the worker's information below. A unique secure link will be generated for them to complete their FCRA disclosure and authorization forms.
Secure Brand Management, Inc. ("SBM"), on behalf of the San Diego Community College District ("District"), may obtain a consumer report about you in connection with your request for site access to District facilities under the Measure HH Bond program.
This consumer report may include information regarding your:
This report will be used solely to determine whether you may be granted access to SDCCD construction worksites. It will not be used to make pre- or post-employment decisions on behalf of your employer.
This disclosure is made pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., and the California Investigative Consumer Reporting Agencies Act (ICRAA), California Civil Code § 1786 et seq.
Under California law, you have the right to receive a copy of the report at no charge if adverse action is taken, and to request the name and contact information of the agency that prepared the report.
I have received and read the disclosure regarding my Site Access Clearance Check. Having done so, I hereby authorize Secure Brand Management, Inc. (SBM) to obtain a consumer report about me for the purpose of determining my eligibility for site access to San Diego Community College District campuses under the Measure HH Bond program.

If your site access clearance is denied based in whole or in part on a consumer report, Secure Brand Management, Inc. will:
Your FCRA Disclosure acknowledgment and Authorization have been securely received by Secure Brand Management, Inc. You will be contacted with the result of your site access clearance check.
Fill in the employer details and portal login email. The employer will receive an email invite to set their password and access the portal.
Describe what additional information is required. This note is sent to the employer, who will see this submission marked Pending Info and can open it to read your message.
Please gather the requested information and coordinate with SBM to update this submission.
